Translation - Henry's recruitment (Ch 13)

Another fairly different bit.

CharacterEnglishJapaneseMy Rough Translation
ChromWh-what's that? A storm of...crows? Gods, it's upon us!
W-what...?!
A giant swarm of crows is headed this way...!
??? (Henry)CAW! CAW! Are you folks lost? Or perhaps a lost CAWs? Heh ha! You1 over there!!
ChromWho's there?! Show yourself! Gods' breath, I can't see anything through all these damned birds! Shoo! Scat! Away with you! …!?
...!? Is someone there?
With the crows in the way, I can't see a thing...!
...Shoo! Get lost!
--(Crows scatter and reveal Henry)----
HenryWhat's wrong? CAW-strophobic? Nya ha ha! Oh, I slay me!
Ahaha, sooorry!
I was playing with the crows,
and more gathered here than I'd thought!
ChromNot if these Risen do it first! This is no time for japes! Hide yourself, boy!
Huh? ... Did you have
some use for the crows?%
HenryYou know, I thought you were all right... Turns out you're all FRIGHT! Nya ha ha! I'd wish you good luck killing these monsters, buuuuuut... They're ALREADY DEAD!
More importantly, a bunch of Risen are coming here, so
you'd better watch out!!
ChromWe are well aware! … What?!
HenryThe ravens wanted me to give you a message. "Caaw... C-caw-caw." Roughly translated, it means... Hmm, now what was the human word for that again? ...Traipse? ...Tripe? Oh, TRAPPED! Right! ...They say you're trapped.
Those crows from earlier told me~!
"Danger, danger!"
So I...
... Oh, looks like I'm too late.
ChromWe know, damn it! Gods... Where did they all come from? !!
!!
Dammit...! We're surrounded...!!
HenryWell, see, when a mommy zombie and a daddy zombie love each other very much... Nya ha ha!
Hmm...
One Risen, two Risen, three Risen....
Ahaha, there are too many to count!
ChromPerhaps I should save the Risen the trouble and silence you myself.
This isn't a laughing matter!
We can take care of them here, so fall back!
HenryHey, wait! I want to join your CAWs—I mean, I can help you! I know magic! What do you say... Birds of a feather and all that?
Whaat?
You mean you're going to hog all the fun2?
Make me your ally too!
Let me fight with you!
ChromThose robes... A Plegian dark mage? ...Why would you help us?
An ally? But your robes...
aren't you a Plegian dark mage?
Why would you help us?
HenryOh, don't let all the joking around fool ya—I've got kind of a thing for killing. Most funny people do, you know. The two things must be linked somehow. Ever talk to a jester when he's off duty? Those guys are some sick dastards!
Because I love war.
If I come with you guys,
it looks like I'll be able to fight a whole bunch.
If you can't trust me,
you can just kill me you know~3.
--(Disappears and reappears)----
HenryOh! The ravens also said to keep an eye on those fortresses. If you're nearby when more monsters emerge, it could CAWs quite a stir!
Oh, right! There are Risen in the fortresses too.
Reinforcements will come, so be careful!

1 Literally "young man," but it's used here in the third-person-is-more-polite sense.
2 Lit. "prey"
3 I was also surprised by this line, so I ran it by my native-speaker friend and that's also what he got out of it. (Said friend also thinks he's joking. But IMO you really never know with J!Henry...)

Weird stylistic note: For some reason this transcript writes Henry's childish lilt with an extension (ー) rather than a tilde (~) -- I'm not sure if that's the transcriber or if the script actually does this here, oddly enough.
