Lines were broken up in the Japanese roughly by places where sentences ended, or otherwise good places to break things up. They are then matched with the English on the basis of how they correspond in the dubbing, except for the Narrator, whose speech I broke up willy-nilly.
The Japanese transcript is from here with minor corrections, and the movie is here, while the English transcript is from Serenes Forest and the CG can be viewed here.
Notes:
I'm aware that the overuse of "education" is clumsy -- but the word that Elincia uses is quite a fancy one that is closest to the idea of someone receiving An Education. (If you're not familiar with the snooty idea from the modern era, think finishing school!) Ike repeats her word presumably to show her that this fancy idea of An Education isn't really all that.
Aside from the whole "education" bit, Ike's speech isn't as formal or fancy as some lines seem -- I sacrificed tone for accuracy of meaning when one must be sacrificed. If you want the tone, go listen to the voice acting.
