I translated these because I thought they would disambiguate Paris's "descendent of Ike, in a fashion" remark. I was wrong.
I'm not doing the table this time because it's a fairly lot of work for something that doesn't have much point when there's not another English translation to compare against. If you'd like to follow along, the Japanese script can be found here, and I'm still going line by line and using the usual line-merging marker (% means this line and the above correspond to the Japanese as a group of two lines, not line by line). Translation bits in [brackets] are necessary for that line to be understood in English, but aren't exactly literally in the Japanese. Bits in {curly braces} are remarked upon at the end of the line. Mostly they're bits I'm unsure of.
Also yes, this conversation really is incredibly formal in places.
Okay, without further ado...

Paris
Rufure, you've come at just the right time.
Rufure
Huh? Paris...
Wh-what might the matter be?
Paris
... If you are agreeable, I would like to pass to you
my secrets [of the art] of combat.%
Rufure
Er-- Y-your secrets!?
Y-yes! If you would teach me,
I would certainly like to listen.%
But, why do you want to [teach] me...?
Paris
... You are the tactician. That is, it would not be an exaggeration to say
that you hold the fate of this army in your hands.%
Therefore, regarding telling you my secrets,
[I will do it] if you believe it would be of the slightest use.
Rufure
O-oh, is that so?
In that case, please, go ahead!
Paris
Firstly, the foundation of all fighting is your breathing.
Rufure
Breathing...?
Paris
Yes. Take the "Ki" that exists in the atmosphere
and draw it into yourself, and so possess the strength of that Ki.%
This is the beginning of all things, so that
at last there will born a great degree of difference. [t/n I think he means "you'll get better," and this is seriously a pretty nonstandard way of saying it.]
To those ends, what should be done... Do you know?
Rufure
Uh, uuhmm...
Is the answer... a nice atmosphere?
Paris
Oho... you understand well.
The atmosphere in which you discipline your Ki to the brink
is exceedingly important.
Those ascetics who trained in the mountains since time immortal {did so} [t/n {unsure}]
for the sake of attempting to take in that pure atmosphere.
Rufure
... This is becoming a rather incredible conversation, isn't it?
Paris
... Which reminds me. It was several years ago, wasn't it?
It happened the first time I secluded myself in the mountains...
When I was yet a child,
I fought a ferocious bear.
Rufure
Whaaaat!? A bear!?
When you were just a kid!?
Paris
Yes. [t/n: This is actually a grunt meaning yes, but I can think of no English onomatopoeia for manly grunts meaning yes.]
Rufure
... D-did you win!?
Paris
... If I had lost,
I would not be standing here.
Rufure
Oh, th-that's true....
Paris
Yes... in the fight with that bear,
even the fact that I was able to win,
I owe it to the pure mountain atmosphere
that made me strong. %
From ancient times, we have ceaselessly inherited
the breath of the trees that {are drawn into} our body's surroundings... [t/n: {unsure}]
and thereby strengthen us.
Rufure
... Paris, you're different from usual.
In some ways, you're so lively as you talk.
But... I'm wondering, does this conversation have an end?
Paris
Hm? ... Rufure,
did you say something?
Rufure
Oh, uh, nothing... nothing.
Paris
Well then, I shall continue.
coming from uniting the atmosphere, your physical strength, and your ki,
focus it as your fighting spirit, and release...
B Support
Rufure
... Well then. Since I have a bit of time,
I think I'll also go see to maintaining everyone's weaponry.
The soldiers all see that they're maintained properly,
but...
The thing about weaponry is, if you take your eyes off them for just a moment,
they disintegrate just like that...
(Paris Enters)
Paris
... It is as you say.
Weaponry is also truly a delicate matter.
Rufure
Wah!
P-Paris...!
Paris
The beautiful sword...
The point of a carefully polished lance...
They hide their power to kill one's foe, and yet
they are also exceedingly fragile.
Maintaining one's weapons
is to maintain one's life force...
If you neglect it,
your own life force may also waver.
Rufure
That's harsh...
As one might expect from you...
Paris
Naturally, the weapon that one himself uses [t/n: not gendered in the Japanese]
should be tempered by his own hand.
Rufure
Whaat? You mean it like THAT?
Paris
Indeed. By making your weapon with your own hands and
becoming accustomed to [that particular weapon], that will make it familiar to your hand...
When it is complete, for the first time,
you can say that you have "your own weapon".%
Rufure
I see... but it seems to me that it would be too complicated
to make all of our soldiers do that, don't you agree?%
Paris
It seems so...
I do not intend to force others [to follow these ways].
This is my conviction to the very end...
the question of how to live.%
However, at its limits, a weapon that one is accustomed to --
it becomes as if it {might} hold a life of its own... [t/n not totally sure about a grammar bit in the middle]
Rufure
Paris... as I thought, when it comes to talking
about fighting, you really do get horribly excited.%
{Will I ask him to be quiet?} I had the impression he was cool-headed, [t/n: {unsure}] but
perhaps he's an unexpectedly passionate person...
But this conversation is ... quite long enough.
Paris
Hm? ... Did you say something?
Rufure
Oh, no, nothing.
Paris
There is a foreign folktale that, in continuing to use an object you are attached to,
spirit lodges [inside it].%
Doubtlessly, that being so, when one weapon exceeds another,
I find it would not be exaggerating to say that this is a miracle...
A soul is born in the weapon,
and therefore its bond with its user ...

Rufure
Today, at long last, I get to have a nice warm meal.
It's even making me feel nice and warm inside! [t/n: not totally literally, but preserving the pun on the second use of "warm"]
Paris
... Yes. Certainly, meals are important to the soldier.
I shall take it with my thanks.
Rufure
Oh, Paris!
Paris
If this is a good time... today,
let's talk about the importance of the meal.
Rufure
Huh? There's something to obsess about with meals, too?
Paris
... That too is also
the knowledge of a warrior, you see.
That which we call a "meal" is the process of receiving another living thing's life force,
and capturing it into yourself.%
Therefore, one must not waste food.
You must give thanks to all things as you eat.
Rufure
... Paris,
you're getting all excited while talking today, too..
... Though lately I've come to understand that you
are just an exceptionally talkative person....
Paris
... Hm? What is it, did you say something?
Rufure
Oh, nah! It's, uh...
I was just saying that... you really like talking about
the stuff that you're interested in, huh...%
Paris
... Am I that verbose?
I had no intention of being so...%
I am also being affected by you,
and lately I perhaps have been changing little by little...
However... this change
is it really a good thing?
... Or perhaps, I am merely
becoming weak...
Rufure
... I don't think that.
All that "perhaps I'm weak" stuff
coming from you is proof.
Your strength, and how hard you are on yourself,
that's all as it was before. You have my pledge.
Paris
Hmm... your pledge, huh.
If that's so, you are worth believing, hmm?
Rufure
Yes, of course!
... Paris, more than before,
I have a hunch you've grown a little gentler, or nicer.%
For example, even when you said you'd teach me your warrior's
secrets, that was out of the kindness of your heart, right?%
Paris
Certainly, I wish for my power to be
of use to you... so I thought.%
Rufure
Yes, such feelings are the manisfestation of your niceness.
... Therefore, I also want to be taught
a warrior's secrets by you!%
Would you please be my professor from here on out as well!?
Paris
Ahh... is that so. I must instruct you
of all the secrets I possess!%
... Have you prepared yourself, Rufure?
Rufure
... Yes, please go ahead!
Paris
Well then, I shall continue
what I was saying before about meals.%
To dine...
is nothing more than to consume a spirit.
Rufure
And so from here,
it's going to be a bit long-winded...
Paris
That is, in conjunction with the
link regarding food,%
there is also the matter of the spirit
enacting its cycle of life, death, and rebirth.%
The matter of self-discipline,
that is to say, the making the spirit of
other living beings commune with your own... %3
