Fire Emblem English Script Resources
I recently poked a different fandom with an established culture and obviously Tons of Stuff but not necessarily where I knew how to find it. That made me realize that even though I've spent like a decade in this fandom and knowing where all the soda straws are, it may not be immediately obvious to newcomers.
So.
Here's where all our soda straws are.
Preliminary Note: FE1-6 and 12 were never officially localized into English, so the resources provided here are the fan translations.
FE1: I have never seen a transcription myself, and
markoftheasphodel confirms that there isn't one to the best of her knowledge: "I know at least one patch exists, or rather multiple versions did, because I have seen fragments of LP videos. ... But who made that patch, and where their script might be? Never found it. Nobody I asked at the time seemed to know either." Nonetheless, the scripts for FE3 and FE11 can cover about 95% of your needs. Shimizu Hitomi has a writeup about the subtle script differences between FEDS and FE1/3 here.
FE2: Serenes Forest has the complete script, translated by Shimizu Hitomi.
FE3: Serenes Forest has the complete script that was used in a fanpatch, with various contributors.
FE4: Serenes Forest has a script roughly corresponding to the level of completion of the most popular fanpatch in the mid 00's, which leaves out a handful of passages. AceNoctali, one of the translators who worked on that patch, has scripts for the parts not hosted at SF: Prelude, Epilogue conversations (Edda here)/map script, First Generation "Welcome Home!" talks.
bookofholsety is working on an overhaul of the script, since the writing in the old fanpatch is inconsistent and often unevocative. A rough draft is currently being posted at his dreamwidth, and his script will probably be available in full once it's complete.
FE5: Serenes Forest has the entire script (translation: FireLizard), which is also used in a fanpatch. A polished retranslation by
bookofholsety is currently in progress and unreleased.
FE6: An old fan translation, the basis of the old FE6 fanpatch, exists at Serenes Forest, as usual. It includes all the main script supports, and most accessory script like death quotes and battle conversations. The newer, more polished translation that is the basis for the refined fanpatch by gringe has its support scripts posted here. The full script can be found dumped into a text file here if you really need something from it.
FE7: Serenes Forest has the majority of the main script and all of the supports. As far as I know, there's no source for the small fraction that SF doesn't have, and surprisingly, the documentation on the Japanese side is worse.
FE8: Serenes Forest has everything.
FE9: Serenes Forest is the best resource for the chapter script and Support Conversations, but I find it easier to find the base conversation I'm looking for on FE Planet. The last few bits of the script that aren't transcribed on Serenes Forest are technically available if you're willing to search through a raw rip of the game disc's script. The syntax is difficult to wade through, so hopefully you know what you're looking for. Also note that the chapter numbers can be a few off due to the way that prologues and multi-part chapters are counted. And I think it may be missing a chapter. But it's been awhile since I had to dive through that.
FE10: This is where Serenes Forest starts to get sloppy in their coverage. The best resource for the main story script is DarkenedSakura's transcription, which covers at least one path through the story. Keep in mind that this does not cover all of the possible script branches in FE10. For example, in this transcript, both easter egg characters are alive. There's also some variation in the game depending on if you take certain characters to certain chapters, eg. Ulki and Janaff to 4-3. As with FE9, FE Planet is the best place to find base conversations (Note that Wolves, listed under 4-5, is actually in 4-4). However, Serenes Forest is still useful for having nearly all the miscellaneous pieces of script such as in-chapter conversations and supports. They also provide some fantranslated chapters of the extended script, which is the script used in Hard mode and higher in the original Japanese game. I've covered a lot of the remaining ground on the extended script (in a completely unorganized way, sorry about that). On the other hand, Japanese fansites' coverage of FE10 is amazingly thorough, so if you need some piece of script not transcribed in English and you don't need the localization word for word, feel free to drop me a line. I love Radiant Dawn and I'd be happy to help.
FE11: Serenes Forest has everything.
FE12: Serenes Forest has almost all of the script from the fanpatch, with only a few miscellaneous bits of text (like item descriptions) missing.
FE13: Serenes Forest is the best place to consult for the main story scripts and DLC, but surprisingly, the best place to look for supports is on the FE Wikia page for the character in question. In some cases, the Wikia also has transcriptions of Future Past father-child conversations not available at Serenes Forest. If all fails, FE13 is one of the better-documented games in terms of LPs, so it may be worth searching youtube.
Additional Official Content like Interviews, Etc: If it's ever been translated, it's probably available either through official Nintendo translations or linked on Serenes Forest. A sort-of exception is a portion of the FE Treasure interview with Shouzou Kaga, regarding FE4, which I've been doing very slowly here and totally plan to give to SF when I'm done. (Which could be ... in awhile.) I've covered the official FE10 Q&A and may eventually get around to finishing the FE9 Q&A. The Elibe art book is being translated over here.
If you ever need to reference something from the Japanese: Here is a summary of the Japanese resources available to my knowledge.
Please drop me a line if you're looking for some scrap of script that isn't mentioned in this post.
EDIT 2/17/15: Updated with FE12 and FE6 scripts.

Also this is good timing because yesterday I discovered this translation blogger who is currently working on translating the Elibe characters artbook.
I could've sworn I had run into an FE1 script when I was veeeeery first getting into FE. I think it was hosted on a Geocities-type site though, so it's probably gone now.

We'll see if she feels like replying. :P

And I mean the Oosawa manga. Apparantly, someone called Orihime on TVTropes knows about what happens in Gen 2.

The FE4 manga are fully available in the case of Light Inheritors and the Fujimori Nuts Gen1 manga and the person who was translating the Oosawa manga gave up after computer issues. You can find the raws on eBay.
If Orihime has the scoop on Gen2 and you don't want to track down the raws yourself, then why don't you ask her?

Do you know a way to come back? I promise to behave this time!

oh, and that's right! i think i promised you a gringe!fe6 script dump a while back. here, have fun. it's dumped from patch v0.99c, and while there's been a release since, the story script is basically untouched. gringe finalised the script a while back, and now we're focused on bugfixes and cosmetics (such as the cleaned up chapter labels which i spent christmas assembling)
